The whole place was clean and the staff was fantastically friendly. Climate control, a personal safe and a writing table in the room, unbeatable location. The pool was great. Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in San Juan.

Informative staff, perfect service, luxury and compact room. Gorgeous breakfast with cereal and eggs. Absolutely fabulous view, a big balcony, neat bed, too. The location was premier, not too far from plaza loiza.

The staff was sincere and the savoury breakfast was provided. Fantastic, absolutely fabulous room, really enjoyed it. Spacious garden and incredible pool. Besides, parking was available nearby. Amazing restaurant just walking distance from the hotel.

Extremely comfy hotel in a fantastic area, the staff were unforgettable! I liked nice furniture in the queen room. Scrambled eggs, cereal and bacon were good and complemented the continental breakfast. Super central location, at a short distance from ocean park beach.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was awful.

Cute location, awesome food, POLITE staff. There was a stunning restaurant, a supermarket and a grocery store next door. Apart from that, la placita de santurce was 5 minutes' drive away. The staff did all they can for a fun stay. Easy check-in and outstanding service.

Ocean view was beautiful. They assisted with bags, when we asked them to. It's right at Blue Burger, good for a little drink. The pool is nice and relaxing too.
